Quality rooms and easy going to Madrid south side. The hotel is located in a industrial area but it is really easy to get into. Me and my wife had a nice experience. The host is really nice and breakfast was very complete.

We were staining in this hotel for a couple nights. When we moved in the room we discovered that linens on one of two beds in the room were not clean. The receptionist on duty said there isn’t any housekeeping staff or manager available and no available room either. We were there with group and our guide was alone in her room and we switched rooms. Other way I had no idea what we can do. Terrible experience with our stay in this place.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Wowcher deal. Two adults and a 4 year old and on finding out which hotel we had been allocated we were concerned it so was far out of the city. Well, no need to fear it was an excellent choice. The reception is modern and well above that of a 3 star. There is no bar but a number of vending machines in a Food Space area. Branded beers (Mahou & Heineken) at 2 euros a 330ml can! There is a good choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at very reasonable prices. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor. We ate breakfast here only but they do offer an evening meal and we did grab a hot dog one night at nearly 10pm when we came back from the city a bit peckish. The breakfast was 7,50 per adult and 5 for our daughter; again very reasonably priced. The breakfast was very tasty, it was warm and regularly replenished. The usual mix of hot and cold food. Cereals, coffee/tea/juice, breads, cold meats etc. Set us up nicely for the day. The room had a kitchen, fridge, sink and cutely but no bottle opener. That said we always pack a waiter mate on holiday for that 'emergency' bottle of red or beer. There was a double bed, large bed for our daughter, TV with English channels and a decent bathroom. The only negative was the shower was weak. The room was clean and comfy and tidied each day. For 50 euros per night it's an absolute bargain. However, it's that price because it is outside of the city. The positive is that the train station is across the road, literally a 3 minute walk. Top tip for non Spanish speaking/reading tourists. The train station is an unstaffed local station with just a ticket machine. The machine does not translate into English. We made the mistake of guessing on our first day. The Atocha main train station in the centre of Madrid is where it terminates. From the hotel that is only 3 stops, 14 min ride away. We made the mistake of spending nearly 30 euros and when we got into Atocha the tickets didn't work. We went to the desk and they activated them for us. On our returning, believing we had bought a return, we hadn't. Not sure what we had bought but the fare from the hotel to the city is just 1,70 per adult and free for under 4. Tip is just board the train and purchase the ticket at Atocha main station. It was easy, plenty of helpful staff and cheap. Overall I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Good place for what it is - simple yet modern, not too expansive but everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was pretty good, and we were very happy that we could request a picnic bag for the morning of check out because we had to leave early before breakfast. All the receptionists also spoke English well. Only bad thing was that the blanket was not warm enough for winter weather.

Don't be put off because it is situated on an industrial estate. It's on the outside edge. We chose a room with limited cooking facilities. This consisted of a twin electric hob, microwave, fridge and sink. A kettle and toaster are available at reception for a €10 refundable deposit. There is also a communal eating space with a number of microwaves and grills (must have toasting facilities?). The room was big enough with spacious twin beds, wardrobe with drawers, a shelf to eat you food at, one chair and one stool. Room service was daily. The room and hotel were very clean. This hotel is situated only a 3 min walk from the railway station where you can travel to your heart's content and leave the car at the hotel (happy days). Parking in Madrid is extortionate, if you can find it.
